Q. How much do lessons cost?
A. Lessons start from £30 per hour whether this be a single person or a family etc.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept
A. Cash or cheques please.
Q. Do you do theory?
A. Yes, as well as the practical aspect of learning an instrument I also specialise in music theory.
Q. Where do lessons take place?
A. I can visit you in your home or wherever you would like up to around 30 miles from my home in Sevenoaks. Alternatively if this is not to your suiting, I can accommodate pupils at my home.
Q. How can I get in touch?

Q. When do lessons take place?
A. This is my full time profession so I am available at all times of the day and night at a time to suit you.
Q. What exam board do you use?
A. I am registered with The Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM).
Q. What if I've studied with a different exam board?
A. This is not a problem, your skills are transferable. I will assess your skills and decide with you the next relevant ABRSM exam you should take. I have taught people in all walks of life and have good people skills to transfer my passion into yours.
Q. What if I can't read music?
A. Don't worry! As long as you have the commitment and enthusiasm, I have the skills, patience and knowledge to teach you how to read music. Beginners are very welcome.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. I am based in Sevenoaks, Kent, and can come and visit you if you are within roughly a 30-mile radius of here.
Q. I don't have an instrument, can I still learn?
A. Yes, of course. I have worked closely with the largest saxophone shop in the World in the past and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Sax.co.uk, based in Crowborough, are cheaper than any other music shop I have come across and have a whole spectrum of instruments to suit all. If you need any advice in what to buy/rent please get in touch and we can go through your requirements.
Q. Who is your inspiration in music?
A. There are so many it's hard to list them all but just some include John Coltrane, Art Pepper, Charlie Parker, Coleman Hawkins and Lester Young, but generally if the music's got a saxophone in, I will listen to it!
